15-Day Returns
We want you to love your gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
- Free gifts or promotional items must be included with the return.
How to Start a Return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the nearest return address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email and process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or an incorrect item was sent.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Contact us within 15 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
